At Mono Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make your return or exchange process smooth and simple.


1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)
  • An unboxing video is required if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

2. How to Request a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • Shipping details (if required)

⚠️ Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care, health, or beauty products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

To exchange an item:

  1. Request a return first
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Card)
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs
  • For other reasons (change of mind, size issue, preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within:

  • 24 hours of placing the order, or
  • Before the order is shipped
